1970's Air Conditioner.
OIL Heat. One of the last houses in the neighborhood on oil heat. Yuck!
The 1970's Time Capsule
The old Pink plastic tiles that make the bathroom decorative and non functional.
The Phantom wall that made a small room even smaller.

basement where i found outlets hooked up backwards.
Downstairs prison bathroom. Solid steel shower like at the farm.
Every toilet paper dispenser needs to be a radio to catch the Cubs game.

Fuel Oil tank for the furnace. Plum full. Fun!
Outdated Ancient Fuel oil furnace that will kill me in my sleep.
Outdated electrical with outdated water softener.
Junk propane stove. Propane tank in the backyard.
Laundry sink
Maxed out electrical service with early gen breakers that blow up on people leaving scars.
Previous owners took the freezer.
Estate left a lot of crap and didn't clean everything out.
Estate People took the elevator seat.
Garage Mess. Thank god they cleared this later.
Garage entry closet very shallow.
